MAMAS FOR MAMAS: CHARITY OF THE MONTH

September welcomes a new month for Bella Maas Gives Back to support a hard working local organization.
Mamas for Mamas is a national charitable organization that supports mothers and caregivers in crisis by providing ongoing support to individuals and families facing various poverty-related struggles. 
While Mamas for Mamas is the name, they welcome caregivers of any gender identity or expression, including men, trans*, non-binary, and two-spirit clients.

 The idea is to change the landscape of poverty through innovative approaches to financial barriers faced by struggling families. Mamas for Mamas provides a space where Mamas and their kids feel safe and comfortable when they come in for poverty relief support and are actively engaging with multiple levels of government and non-profit agencies, working to change the systems that contribute to the vicious cycle of poverty, mental health issues, housing, and food insecurity.  

For the entire month of September, Bella Maas will be donating a portion of our sales to Mamas for Mamas to help mothers and caregivers of all kinds find relief in times of struggle through the strength and support of community.
