Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 CAD ship within Canada for a flat rate of $10 CAD.

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Prefer to shop local? We also offer free in-store pickup at our Sherwood Park and St. Albert locations.

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
