Online Orders & Inventory

All online orders are fulfilled from our St. Albert and Sherwood Park locations. We require up to 24-48 hours to confirm the status and condition of your purchase before it is processed.

While we do our best to keep website inventory updated in real time, availability is not guaranteed. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you by email with next steps or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

Online Returns

We accept returns on regular priced and sale items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, based on tracking confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Original packing slip/receipt must be included

For orders picked up in store, returns must be completed within 30 days of the order date (regardless of pickup date).

Returns can be completed:

• In person at either of our store locations
• Or by mail

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us at hello@bellamaas.com or visit us in store. We’ll do our best to help, however we cannot guarantee that the requested item will still be available at the time of exchange. Exchanges may be made for any other available item.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as an online gift card (store credit) sent via email. Store credit does not expire. Once your return is received and processed, your gift card will be issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimates are final sale.
