The necklace measures 40 cm + 9 cm extension chain and is a recycled item that is made from a min. of 75% recycled material.

We pull all of our Online Purchases from our St. Albert/Sherwood Park Locations and require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase. We will gladly accept returns on regular priced or sale merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the customer receiving their order, based on postal tracking information. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Original packing slip receipt must accompany.
Items can be returned by bringing order into one of our physical locations or mailing your return directly to us.

Store credit for any online returns will be given in the form of an online gift card that does not expire. Once we have received your return either physically through dropping off at one of our locations or through mail, an online gift card will be issued by email for the amount of your order.
